Chloe Sevigny: Lady Looks Like A Dude
Can someone please explain to me why Chloe Sevigny is famous? Can someone also please explain to me why the hell someone ever decided to put her in front of a camera? I mean, my first instinct when I see her is to put an opaque brown paper bag over her head–not whip out a camera. As an actress, what could someone who even looks like that play? A drag queen? Sure. Anything else? Nope. So, if there are any casting directors out there looking to cast the part of a blond transvestite, then Chloe Sevigny’s your man woman man woman man woman.

People always go on and on about her forward fashion sense, but I have NEVER seen it! I do however like her in HBO’s Big Love…her character is crazy! Oh, and she is also wife #2 in a polygamist family…
I hate Chloe Sevigny so much, and completely agree with this article. She looks like a man, I’ve never even seen her in a movie for that matter, she just seems to be famous for no ugly reason. God Chloe, bugger off already.
You’d be surprised how many of the “hot women” in our society have very masculine looking faces when you really think about it. I agree Chloe is an extreme example. It seems like an attractive woman today needs a horse’s/man’s face. The exception are the “cute” types (Katy Perry, Anna Faris, etc.). I personally enjoy these the most. It seems like we’re moving more towards this direction as a country, perhaps due to the retro 70’s movement. When we go back to the retro 80’s side (”money is everything”, “greed is good”) we can see more horsey faces in fur coats on the red carpet.
I think this is the case of a butch lesbian living deep inside the closet. I mean, between Hilary Swank and Chloe Sevigny which one are you more likely to believe is a guy? (hint: it’s not the brunette). I think Chloe Sevigny is very attractive but not by our society’s overly feminine ideals. She’s attractive as an androgynous, gender-bending type. I don’t think hyper-feminine women are attractive AT ALL and would much rather pay to watch Angelina Jolie or Chloe Sevigny in a movie than Anna Faris(?!?yuk!?!) any day. If society could take off its Victorian blindfolds for a second and modern women get a little more comfortable with their bisexuality, Chloe Sevigny would be pretty attractive as an androgynous type.
Wow, Lana, You hate her because you don’t think she’s pretty? You’ve never even seen her acting, which is damn good, but you want her to bugger off? What is your problem? Do you not see how ridiculous that is of you? I think she’s an amazing actress, and whether you like her face/fashion or not, I think it’s ridiculous to complain about her because you think she looks like a man. There are a lot more things important in life than looks, and lots of people have different tastes. You, apparently, have none. Most of the comments on here sound like they’re coming from some real bitches, which is fitting for this site, but really, get over yourselves.
